Gardner Bullis has partnered with Choicelunch for our Hot Lunch Program. Choicelunch is excited to serve the families of Gardner Bullis School and we hope you are too. We are a family of passionate people dedicated to enhancing the lives of families in our community by offering wholesome, delicious meals that kids love -providing the ultimate in ordering and delivery for our parents and schools. At our core, our purpose is to make it simple for busy families to eat better and stress less.
We care about the kids we serve, and our effort to continue to delight them with a great lunch experience is everything to us. We are committed to finding and using whole, fresh ingredients that are sourced responsibly from local and trusted partners. We understand parents trust us with an important responsibility, and we make it simple and stress-free for them to partner with us through our world-class ordering technology and mobile apps.
Setting up your Choicelunch account
and click choicelunch.comGo toin “SIGN UP”.
Complete “ACCOUNT DETAILS” and select “CONTINUE”.
When you have completed your Account Details you will "Add Student". You can add multiple students, once you have completed your first student add.
After entering your students first and last name, you will be prompted to "search for you school by city".
Select your school and in the next drop down, you will be prompted to select your student's Grade.
After entering your student's grade, you can pick any allergens applicable and add more students.
After completing your Student Adds, your final step is to complete your Payment information for Choicelunch Preload.
Once you've entered your payment info, you'll need to preload your Choicelunch account with funds before ordering. There's preset increments of $50, $75, $150 or you can enter any amount over $5 in the bar below.
Last Minute Ordering: Once the normal ordering day has closed, Last Minute Ordering will be available until 6 am the morning of school. You will select from a limited menu that becomes more limited as the ordering day progresses. Only regular portion sizes will be available during this ordering period. Once these entrées have sold out, usually (but not always) a Bagel and Cream Cheese will be available for the remainder of the ordering period. You can access Last Minute Ordering through the full website while on the New Calendar View, please change your calendar settings on the left hand side of the menu if needed. An additional fee of $1.50 will be added to the cost of each lunch and billed to your account.
Changing Or Canceling Orders: Before canceling, be aware that if you cancel a lunch that has passed the order deadline (9am the day before), you will not be able to reorder that lunch. If you still would like to change or cancel lunch, here are the steps:
Log into Choicelunch here: http://order.choicelunch.com/
Click on the day that you want to change and it will expand. Click on "Cancel Lunch". A pop-up window will ask if you are sure. Click "I'm sure, cancel lunch". This will then place a credit on your account.
If you would like to replace it with something else, click on the item to get the "green checkmark icon".
