Hello Gardner Bullis Scientist!

We had the most creative-messy-inventive-invigorating-thought-provoking STEM expo on Thursday night!  There was so much science, math, engineering, and technology to look at and learn from at the expo that you could not help but be INSPIRED!!  I speak on behalf of our entire staff when I thank the Los Altos Education Foundation (LAEF) for their continuous support of STEM and Mrs. Grace Choi for her oodles of energy to see this expo through! We are so fortunate in this district and I am so proud!

Campus Regulations

I feel compelled to remind our community that visitors must sign in at the office before coming on to campus. Visitors must have a visitor’s badge on at all times and if they do not, staff will ask them to return to the office.  I appreciate your cooperation in advance.  I also want to remind parents that our campus is an academic campus until 3:00 pm. That means that parents and caregivers who pick up primary students before 3:00 pm cannot enter the playground area or Grizzly Lane until after 3:00.

Flexible Opportunities for Working in our School:  we need you!

Have you ever thought about working in our schools but didn’t know how to get started?  We are looking for community members interested in substituting in our schools as classified substitutes.  We have opportunities to work as instructional assistants in our kindergarten classrooms and opportunities to work in our school offices.  If this sounds interesting to you,  please contact Marlene Revelo, HR Specialist,mrevelo@lasdschools.org

I do hope to see all of you at our Book Quest event on Tuesday evening when we will celebrate our very own student authors. I personally LOVE this event!  Please see below for more details.
