Each month (starting in September) your student can complete a Trip Tracker form to track your Green Trips that your student took to and from school for that month. Whether you walked, biked or carpooled with another family to and/or from school.  The forms each month can be found in the office WoW box or online at gardnerbullis.org under "Walk or Wheel"

DESPERATE FOR HOT LUNCH SERVERS!
The hot lunch program is off to a great start in terms of families getting registered, re-registered and placing MANY orders.  We are very lucky to be offering hot lunch right from the first day of school.  As you have read, this lunch program depends on our parent volunteers to serve the lunches. Without them, WE CANNOT SERVE LUNCH TO OUR STUDENTS.  We have had several new families/new servers step up and fill many of our volunteer spots, however, we have several spots open and if we do not get them filled, we may be in a situation to NOT OFFER HOT LUNCH FIVE DAYS PER WEEK.  We have the following spots open:

ONE server for every other Monday
THREE servers for every other Wednesday
ONE server for every other Thursday
TWO servers for every other Friday

Fridays are very busy because it is pizza day and we have hundreds of lunch orders.  If we don't fill Wednesdays, we are in a position to possibly CANCEL hot lunch on Wednesdays.

Please contact gbhotlunch@gmail.com as soon as possible to let us know you want to help keep hot lunch at our school and can help!

Thank you,
The Hot Lunch Team
