Remember your School Supplies and Field Trip Donations

If you didn't get your field trip and school supplies donations made at Back to School Night, please give them to your classroom teacher. Please make two separate checks out to “Gardner Bullis School” and include your child's name and grade on each check. School supply donation is $40 per child. Field trip donations are $50 per child for all grades, except for 4th ($350 — includes Coloma overnight) and 6th ($325.)  We need to get these in. Please see Cathy Voelker in the office if you need assistance with these payments.

Excused Absences for Religious Holidays

 

Observed religious holidays are considered excused absences as long as the absence has been requested in advance in writing by the parent or guardian and approved by the principal or designee (E.C. 48205, B.P. 5113).

Walkathon … GO!

 

Go to www.gardnerbullis.org to register a walker, order a T-shirt, sponsor a walker, or get your family’s name listed on the back of the shirts for just $45! Or if you prefer, turn in the Pre-Registration Form that was sent home in the Thursday folders. They must go to the Walkathon box in the school office. We need volunteers for the morning of the event. Sign up online!

 

We can’t wait to get out there and get walking!! See you there!

2016-2017 School Directory (Print Version) Coming Soon

Paid PTA members will receive printed school directories by the end of October. Thank you!

 

PTA memberships are $15.50 each. Every membership includes a copy of the Gardner Bullis Student Directory. A family membership costs $25 and includes two memberships plus two copies of the directory. Additional memberships and/or directories may be purchased for $15.50 each.

GB PARENTS Saved Hot Lunch!        

Thanks to all of you who are repeat Hot Lunch servers and to our new parent servers (and one Grandpa) who have stepped up to close the gap on our volunteer needs. However, we’re still short 4-6 people on Thursdays and Fridays. If you have 1.15 hour(s) that you could volunteer, even if it’s for one shift a month, you would make a great contribution. As compensation, you receive $$$ lunch credit for your time. Please contact Nancy O’Neal at gbhotlunch@gmail.com with your availability.
