Coming from a family of educators, teaching has always been my passion. I’m proud to be a third generation teacher in my family, and I’m thrilled to be continuing my teaching career at Gardner Bullis! For the past three years, I have taught second grade at a private Catholic school in San Jose. Previously, I served as a 4th grade student teacher in East Oakland. I grew up in Santa Clara, and went to school at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga. At Saint Mary’s, I obtained my Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and my Master’s in Education. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and writing, and I love learning with my students! When I’m not teaching, I’m cooking, going to the gym, reading a new book, or spending time with my (new) fiancé!
