Gardner Bullis Auction

  • Our Signature Fundraiser
    Our annual Auction is more than a fundraiser - it's a cornerstone of our community. It brings us together, celebrates generosity, and fuels the programs, events, and resources that make Gardner Bullis special.
  • Why It Matters
    All proceeds directly support the programs, enrichment, and capital improvements PTA provides - everything from art, music, and STEM, to field trips, classroom libraries, teacher grants, all the family fun events, and landscaping.
  • This Year's Theme
    IBIZA NIGHTS - a festive evening of cocktails, dinner, dancing, and unforgettable experiences.

How to Participate

  • We’re especially seeking unique, “money-can’t-buy” experiences, as well as high-value items. Examples:

    • Behind-the-scenes access, lessons, celebrity meet & greets
    • Tours, tickets, dining experiences
    • Sports memorabilia & artwork
    • Vacation homes & getaways
    • Hosting parent or kid parties
    • Cash donations to underwrite event costs

    Cocktails, dinner, dancing – our biggest parent night of the year!

    Ticket sales run from January to February. Invitations with full details will arrive then.

  • Throughout the auction, you can participate in both silent and live bidding, from coveted parking spots to exclusive experiences and party tickets.

    You’ll also be able to purchase tickets to grade-level, parent-kid, teacher, and themed parties, plus exciting raffle baskets.

Auction Night Schedule

5:30 – 6:45 PM: Registration and Cocktails

7:00 PM: Dinner

7:15 PM: Live Auction and Fund-a-Cause

8:00 PM: Dessert

8:00 – 10:00 PM: Dancing

Fund-a-Cause

The Fund-a-Cause gives all of us a chance to pool resources for a specific school need. Past campaigns have funded tech upgrades, campus enhancements, and STEM materials.

  • Themed attire is encouraged but entirely optional.

  • Typically around $200 per person. Tickets are sold through our auction platform – details will be posted in the PTA newsletter and Classroom Parent.
