Thank you to all of the parents who helped make Monday’s Bake Sale a success. A special thank you to Ali G. and her crew for organizing everyone and making this event happen. Below is a message from Student Leadership:
We would like to thank all of the families that contributed baked goods to Monday's Multicultural Fair Bake Sale! With the community's support, Gardner Bullis donated $616.74 to the Malala Fund to support disadvantaged girls in Pakistan, Syria region, Afghanistan, Brazil, India, and Nigeria.
Multicultural Week
Thank you to our Multicultural Fair Committee-Mona, Meera, Seema, and all other parents, who helped to make this week so special. Watching the students enjoy different boards each day and learn about all of the diverse countries our families come from was very heart-warming. Not to mention how proud our student performers made everyone feel this morning! We truly are a gem of a school.
Please join us tonight from 5:00-7:00 for the much anticipated multicultural fair.
AUTHOR VISIT for 4th-6th Grades
Gardner Bullis School is hosting an Author Visit with Lisa McMann on Friday, 2/7. Lisa McMann is best known for her popular middle-grade fantasy novels “The Unwanteds” series and the “Unwanteds Quests” series. She has an exciting new installment coming out in the Unwanteds Quests series. These are fantasy/adventure books and great for anyone who is a fan of Hunger Games and Harry Potter! If you would like a personalized copy, please print out a completed order form and bring it to Mrs. De Rego in the library.
Wednesday Lunch Duty
If you are available for lunch duty on Wednesdays we need you! This can be a volunteer or paid position. You will enjoy being with students during their lunch/recess hour (12:00-12:45) and get to spend some time outside in the fresh air. Happy children? Fresh air? What more could you ask for? If you are interested, please let me know.

Happy Friday and dare I say, "Go '9ers!"
