HELLO GARDNER BULLIS COMMUNITY

We all knew the day was coming when we would be told that school is to remain closed for the remainder of the school year...but it still feels unbelievable. My heart really misses everyone. The good news is that the staff and I are completely tackling this predicament we are all in and are determined to make the very best of the last few months of school. Learning WILL continue. We WILL continue to be here for the students. And, we WILL continue to find ways to connect as a Gardner community.

As for our typical end-of-the-year traditions, events, celebrations, and must-dos, please know that the LASD administrative team and teachers will be working closely together to create a plan for the next steps on how to tie up any loose ends. I will also be working closely with your PTA presidents- Jody & Annie- and we will communicate with you information as we have it available.

EXPECTED NORMS FOR ONLINE LEARNING

These norms will help ensure all students are successful with their learning and will help create the best online classrooms. GRIZZLY GREATNESS COMMUNITY CLASSROOM!

To keep us connected and mimic our Friday Assemblies and other community events, I have created a Google Classroom titled: Grizzly Greatness Community (Class code: J5pk2ga). Please go to classroom.google.com to join. In this classroom, I will post Grizzly Greatness, have announcements, and add resources for you to enjoy. This week you will be pleased to see some surprise guests!

SPRING BREAK

Spring Break is next week so there will be no online learning April 6th through April 10th. Classes will resume on Monday, April 13th. We are all looking forward to some downtime with our families so that we may refresh and come back ready to take on the rest of the school year.
