Trick or Treating event for children at stores in Downtown Los Altos displaying an orange pumpkin. Halloween Fun and Games at Veterans Community Plaza from 2pm to 4pm! (Please bring your own treat bag!) Featuring fun games, balloon art, spooky crafts and much more.
