NOW enrolling Grades K-3: Hands-on SCIENCE on Mondays in Room 11!

Class starts Monday, January 14

Calling all Junior scientists! Start off 2019 with a BANG! Join us as we discover the shocking facts about Electricity! Take a close up look at air pressure and tornadoes. Dig into science as we uncover real gemstones and extract chlorophyll from real plants. Get your senses running as we experiment with lights and sounds! Try your hand at dissecting an owl pellet, and build your own neuron as we become a bundle of nerves! Check out their flyer here.

Join us for a 16-week spring art club session where we will experience the Whimsical Worlds of Art.
 
Students will paint, draw and build with support and instruction from CSMA faculty. For this session, students will learn about artists that create worlds both real and imagined and then create projects based on these artists. Teachers develop a new curriculum with each new session.

Tuesdays, Jan. 15 – May 21 (No class on Jan. 22, Feb. 19 & Apr. 16)
TIME: 2:30-2:40 pre-care 2:40 – 3:40 pm
$250 / 16 weeks

Notice from the District Nurse:

School is a place where colds and diseases can spread rapidly. Children who are ill should stay home from school, rest and recuperate. Sometimes it is difficult, especially early in the morning, to know whether or not to send your child to school. The following guidelines are indications that you should keep your child home:

Fever of 99.6 F or higher
Vomiting or diarrhea
Chills
Nausea
Coughing, sneezing and/or runny nose
Headache
Wheezing or trouble breathing
Sore throat or trouble swallowing
Rash or unusual sores or spots
Generalized muscle aches and pains
Unusually red, crusted or burning eyes
Head Lice
It is required to keep your child home until he/she has been symptom free without medication for 24 hours. Please call the Gardner Bullis Attendance Line (650-559-3232) 24 hours/7 days a week.
