LACI (formerly known as Passerelle) will provide a brief description of the First Street Green and will listen to feedback from us on what we think. LACI is proposing a park/plaza that will include an outdoor stage, children's play area, seating areas, a cafe and other amenities. This plaza could be used for our Farmer's Market, staging area for our beloved parades, performance area for our kids, outdoor movies, and other community events. As well they have proposed (through a very transparent process), a state-of-the-art, sustainable office building targeting professionals (law, finance, VC etc) If you have a school-wide announcement that you would like to be included in Bear Tracks, please send it to the Bear Tracks editors.
